TOKSEL had built a 16-wire saw before my involvement, but it was not operating as intended. I investigated the machine in the field, reviewed the mechanical design and revised its critical functions. This was a recovery and redesign assignment on an existing machine.
After that work, I designed the mechanical platform for a new 20-wire saw: welded supporting structure, load and strength calculations, bearings, drive and motion systems, wire guiding and individual pneumatic tensioning. My scope included component sizing, manufacturing documentation and support through fabrication, assembly, testing and commissioning.

Hands on design experience across complete machines and their critical subsystems, supported by detailed drawings, tolerances and production coordination.
I am Ehsan Roshani, a mechanical design engineer with experience in Iran, Turkey and Austria. My work spans special purpose machinery, stone processing equipment, packaging lines, gas systems and rail structures.
I have led engineering teams, worked alongside fabrication and assembly crews, and taught CATIA to engineers for over 5,000 hours. I bring practical production thinking into CAD decisions: how a part is made, assembled, measured and serviced.
